Each year at the lodge we host work parties where members and friends come together to work on much-needed fixes or lodge improvements.
We couldn’t run this lodge without our
hard-working volunteers!
Work Party Weekends
Our standard work party weekends focus on repairs, maintenance, and lots and lots of painting. Please look for more updates and details about a month in advance of each work party. Minimum age 8 with direct parental supervision.
We are starting to plan the lodge work parties this summer and fall. First, though, we need folks to sign up to help
with the Crystal Mountain parking lot clean-up on June 8th. It is important that SKIBACS has a decent turnout since we ask for the most overnight spots at the club’s designated parking area(s). If we want to continue to be in good standing with all the other Crystal Clubs, we need to show that we are willing to help! Please sign up!

Location: Crystal Mountain Parking Lot G
What to Bring:
Work gloves, a 5 gallon bucket (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.), a water bottle, a snack, and appropriate clothing for the weather
Duration: Plan for 2-3 hours
Lunch will be provided at the SKIBACS Lodge after the clean-up for those who sign up. Please respond by May 30th to help us plan for the number of attendees for lunch. Register on the club website here.
