Be sure to refer to your SKIBACS Lodge Confirmation email outlining important information regarding staying at the lodge.  You must follow the instructions in the confirmation email before and after booking your stay at the lodge. We look forward to seeing you at the lodge!

Parking & Directions

Please refer to our parking & directions page for more information.  Parking reservations with Skibacs are required.

Arrival/Departure at the Lodge

  • Arrival time is 5:00 pm and departure is 4:00 pm, to allow time for last-minute cleanup. Please have belongings out of the room. Vacuuming and chores must be completed before 5:00 pm.
  • Sign in the “book” on the desk in the front entryway and note what lot you are parked in, C or D.
  • External doors remain locked.  Lodgers must get a key code from their confirmation email.

Members/Guest Policy

  • Only members/guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the SKIBACS Lodge.  NO UNREGISTERED guests allowed in the lodge at any time.
  • Members are allowed ONLY 5 sponsored guests per night.

Required Guest Tasks

Each guest is assigned a small task to help keep our lodge stay clean and in good condition

  • All assigned tasks must be completed before leaving or you will be charged a $40 fee.
  • You must arrive prepared to take all your trash and recycling home with you.
  • All your food must be removed from the refrigerator and drawers at the end of your stay.

Occupancy

  • SKIBACS Lodge is for our members and their guests to enjoy mid-week and weekends for short-term stays.  Lodge overnight stays are limited to 7 consecutive nights with a maximum of 12 nights per month.  The lodge is not meant for extended stays. No Exceptions
  • Sleeping directly on mattresses is prohibited.  You must bring a lightweight sleeping bag or sheet/blanket.
  • Sleeping with the room door open is prohibited.

Community Policies

The following policies are applicable throughout the lodge:

  • Adults are asked to always be mature and discreet with language and alcoholic beverages. Disorderly conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • No firearms and NO illegal drug use (per Boeing policy marijuana is not allowed anywhere on the property).
  • Quiet time must be observed between the hours of 10:00 PM & 7:00 AM.
  • It is everyone’s responsibility to clean up after themselves in all community rooms.

Hallway and Bedroom Areas have a 24-hour quiet requirement. 

Kids

  • Children 4 years old and younger are only allowed with advance permission given by the lodge administrator.  Please ask before booking.  We do ask you take your kids home at the end of the weekend. 🙂 Please note, the lodge does not have the best “sound-proof” rooms and is not baby-proof.  
  • No running or screaming in the lodge.  We recommend lots of outdoor play for children to get their wiggles out. 
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent, older sibling, sitter, or responsible adult always.
  • Families whose children can’t comply with lodge rules will be required to leave.  

Kitchen

  • Our kitchen has been updated. We have 3 new induction ranges with new cookware & utensils, commercial dishwasher and a regular dishwasher. Please only use cookware that is heat induction compatible. No heat induction cookware is NOT allowed.
  • Preparing and cooking complex meals is discouraged when multiple parties are present in the Lodge, so everyone can make use of the kitchen. 

Flu Policy
Please note that SKIBACS reserves the right to restrict members or guests from
using its lodge or may require members or guests to leave who exhibit flu-like
symptoms (or symptoms of similar illnesses that public health authorities have warned are presenting a significant risk of transmission).
Flu-like symptoms include but are not limited to severe or sustained coughing or sore throat, a fever of 100 degrees or higher, chills, body aches, runny nose, headaches, fatigue, diarrhea or vomiting. (or similar illnesses identified by public health authorities).
If you are exhibiting any of the above symptoms, please stay home!
