SKIBACS is hosting a Virtual Northwest Avalanche Center (NWAC) Awareness Class on January 31, 2023 at 1900.
This class is a short format, 90-minute, multimedia presentation geared towards the novice wintertime backcountry user. The class will cover how to access avalanche and mountain weather forecasts, recognize basic signs of avalanche danger, and next steps for continuing education.
Participation is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Please use the form below to sign up and a link to the virtual class will be sent prior to the event.
